1. 服務內容與資格
Oneby 是一款在裝置端協助你瀏覽、篩選、分組、加入相簿與刪除照片圖庫項目的工具。 你必須具有在所在地同意本條款的法律能力；若你未達法定成年年齡， 應由父母或監護人同意並監督使用。
Oneby 不提供雲端照片備份、資料復原保證、專業資料管理或緊急服務。
2. 使用授權與智慧財產
在你遵守本條款的前提下，DANWU WU 授予你有限、非專屬、不可轉讓、 可撤銷的授權，僅供你在自己控制的 Apple 裝置上以個人用途使用 Oneby。
Oneby 的軟體、品牌、介面、文字與原創內容受適用的智慧財產權法律保護。 除法律明確允許外，你不得複製、散布、出售、出租、再授權、 反向工程或以 Oneby 建立衍生服務。
透過 Apple App Store 取得 Oneby 時，你的使用亦受 Apple 適用的標準終端使用者授權協議與 App Store 規則約束。
3. 使用者責任與可接受使用
- 只整理你有權存取與操作的照片、影片及相簿。
- 在執行刪除或大量整理前，確認選取內容並維持適當備份。
- 妥善保護裝置、Apple 帳號、照片圖庫與系統備份。
- 不得以 Oneby 違法、侵權、干擾服務或規避系統安全機制。
- 不得利用 Oneby 或支援管道散布惡意程式、垃圾郵件或有害內容。
4. 照片、相簿與刪除操作
Oneby 只會在你授予的權限範圍內提出照片圖庫變更。加入相簿、收藏、 取消收藏與刪除等最終操作由 Apple Photos 框架及 iOS 系統流程執行。
你有責任在確認前檢查待刪除清單。已刪除項目通常會移至系統「最近刪除」， 但可恢復期限、同步行為、永久刪除與備份結果均由 Apple 服務、裝置設定及你的操作決定。 Oneby 無法保證任何項目一定可以恢復。
5. 服務可用性與第三方服務
我們可能為修正錯誤、改善功能、維持相容性或符合法律要求而更新 Oneby。 某些功能取決於裝置型號、iOS 版本、權限、照片圖庫狀態與 Apple 服務。
Apple App Store、iOS、Photos、iCloud、電子郵件與 GitHub Pages 是由第三方提供的服務，受其各自條款與政策約束。我們不控制其可用性或行為。
6. 免責聲明
在適用法律允許的最大範圍內，Oneby 按「現狀」與「可用」基礎提供， 不作任何明示或默示保證，包括不中斷、無錯誤、適售性、特定用途適用性、 不侵權或資料一定可恢復的保證。
本條款不排除或限制依適用消費者保護法不得排除或限制的權利。
7. 責任限制
在適用法律允許的最大範圍內，DANWU WU 不對因使用或無法使用 Oneby 而產生的間接、附帶、特殊、衍生或懲罰性損害，或資料、照片、收入、 商譽及機會損失負責。本限制不適用於法律不得限制的責任。
8. 條款變更與終止
我們可能在功能或適用要求變化時更新本條款，並在本頁標示新的生效日期。 在更新生效後繼續使用 Oneby，表示你接受更新後的條款。
你可以隨時停止使用並卸載 Oneby。若你嚴重或持續違反本條款， 我們可以在法律允許的範圍內終止授權或限制支援服務。
9. 適用法律與可分割性
本條款依適用法律解釋，不影響你依居住地強制性消費者保護法律享有的權利。 若任何條文被認定無效或不可執行，其餘條文仍繼續有效。

By downloading, installing, or using Oneby, you agree to these Terms. Oneby is an on-device tool for reviewing, filtering, grouping, adding, and deleting items in your photo library. It is not a cloud backup, guaranteed recovery, professional data-management, or emergency service.
Subject to these Terms, DANWU WU grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Oneby for personal purposes on Apple devices you control. Use obtained through the App Store is also governed by Apple's applicable standard end-user license agreement and App Store rules.
You are responsible for reviewing selections before confirming changes, maintaining appropriate backups, securing your device and Apple account, and using Oneby only with content you are authorized to manage. You may not use Oneby unlawfully, infringe rights, interfere with services, bypass security, distribute malware or spam, or exploit the app or support channels.
Final photo-library changes are performed through Apple Photos and iOS system flows. Deleted items commonly move to Recently Deleted, but recovery periods, synchronization, permanent deletion, and backup results depend on Apple services, device settings, and your actions. Recovery is not guaranteed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oneby is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or data recovery. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DANWU WU is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, photos, revenue, goodwill, or opportunity. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit us to limit.
We may update Oneby and these Terms for product, compatibility, security, or legal reasons. You may stop using and uninstall Oneby at any time. These Terms are interpreted under applicable law without reducing mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
