PaPop respects and protects user privacy. This app is a local camera and photo-processing tool. Except for system capabilities necessary to provide shooting, saving, sharing, and subscription features, we do not actively collect, upload, sell, or share your personal information.

1. Information We Process

PaPop may process the following information locally on your device:

Camera preview and captured photos: Used for shooting, previewing, and generating instant-photo effects. Photo processing is completed locally on your device, and we do not upload your photos to a server.
Photo library add permission: Used only when you actively choose to save a generated photo to your system photo library. PaPop does not read your full photo library.
Sharing files: When you actively use the system share feature, PaPop creates an image for sharing in the device temporary directory. After you choose to share it with a third-party app, that third party's handling of the content is governed by its own privacy policy.
Subscription and purchase status: PaPop uses Apple StoreKit to provide subscriptions, purchase restoration, and membership status verification. Payments, refunds, billing, and Apple ID information are handled by Apple. We do not obtain your bank card, payment account, or complete Apple ID information.
Free capture count: PaPop may store the number of free captures used on your device to determine whether to show the subscription unlock entry.

2. What We Do Not Do

We do not:

Upload, back up, or remotely store your photos;
Use your photos for face recognition, identity recognition, ad targeting, or model training;
Integrate third-party advertising SDKs;
Sell, rent, or trade your personal information;
Track your activity across other apps or websites without your consent.

3. Permissions

PaPop requests the following system permissions as needed for app features:

Camera permission: Used to take photos.
Add to photo library permission: Used to write photos to the system photo library when you actively save them.

You can turn these permissions off at any time in iOS Settings. If a permission is disabled, the corresponding feature may not work, but other features that do not depend on that permission will not be affected.

4. Data Storage and Deletion

PaPop mainly runs locally on your device. Photos created or processed in the app, temporary sharing files, and free capture count records are stored or managed locally by your device.

You can delete related data by:

Deleting generated photos in the app;
Deleting saved images from the system photo library;
Deleting the PaPop app to remove local app data;
Managing or revoking permissions in iOS Settings;
Managing or canceling subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

5. Third-Party Services

PaPop uses Apple's StoreKit/App Store services to complete in-app purchases, subscriptions, and purchase restoration. Apple's processing of related payment and account data is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Other than Apple system services, the current version does not integrate third-party advertising, analytics, crash reporting, or cloud storage services. If such services are added in the future, we will update this policy and obtain your consent where necessary.

6. Children's Privacy

PaPop is not specifically directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect children's personal information. If you believe we have mistakenly processed personal information related to a child, please contact us using the contact information in this policy.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this privacy policy due to feature changes, legal requirements, or App Store requirements. After an update, the new effective date will be shown on this page. If an update involves material changes to how personal information is processed, we will provide appropriate notice within a reasonable scope.
